We're currently recruiting for three positions across two clinical programs. All roles are full-time with a healthy balance of clinical and administrative time built in.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Santa Rosa, NM
Full-time position embedded in a primary care clinic serving a close-knit rurual community. 36 clinical hours + 4 hours dedicated admin time weekly. No nights, no weekends, no on-call.
primary care
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Tucumcari, NM
Full-time position in our Tucumcari clinic, serving patients on the hight plains of eastern New Mexico. 36 clinical hours + 4 hours dedicated admin time weekly. No nights, no weekends, no on-call.
behavioral health
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Las Vegas, NM
Full-time behavioral health role at our Las Vegas clinic, providing integreated mental health and substance use services in a supportive community health setting. 4 hours weekly admin time included.
